Hello Sassy readers, I wish you a beautiful Sunday full of love, laughter and inspiration! Today I found the greatest list of Natural Highs; I am so excited to share with you...
My favorite: Laughing so hard your stomach hurts!Actually they are all my favorite!! My Highs would also include, feeling the unconditional love of my children and family...as well as a hot new pair of shoes!
What are your natural highs?

I'd say all of the above plus making others laugh. I get such joy out of making others laugh.

My natural highs:
*the smell of freshly baked bread
*the first sip of hot coffee in the morning
*listening to my niece and nephew laugh and play together
*hugging my grandma
*playing with my dog, Hercules
*finding a new artist to listen to on itunes or from a friend
*finding PINK in odd places, like in a rock or a shell (my fave color)
*discovering new awesome blogs (like yours!)
i love this blog... makes me want a hot cup of tea.

After the above mentioned i would say
*taking a long walk with some one special when its drizzling.
*Watching a street dog run to you as soon you enter its lain just to say hello to you. I think that dogs love is so totally unconditional.
*The smell of soil when it rains.
*Smell of freshly baked bread.
*Making someone happy and smile :).

Harini-I also love the smell of soil when it rains...I agree it is totally a natural high!
A fluffy robe, a hot cup of coffee and a good book.
I also enjoy pampering at the SPA. Ahhh....
