What's a girl gotta do??

I vowed earlier this year to lose 25 pounds, by the time I turned Cougar age(35). My birthday was two weeks ago and I did not meet my 25pound weight loss goal, total bummer!!. I am still eight pounds shy of my goal, so I pushed the goal date back and vowed to lose the weight by the end of my birthday month...which was Friday and again, it did not happen!

This has got to be the worst plateau, I have ever met. My fellow Chica's say "Maybe your building muscle, which weighs more that fat"...I say "Fat chance". I am eating right, getting enough rest, exercising at least an hour a day, and I even went as far as decreasing my alcohol intake(this is huge), and still nada, nothing, zilch!

Seriously, WHAT'S A GIRL GOTTA DO, to lose some weight???

I am currently reading "Master your Metabolism", by Jillian Michaels (I like it so far) and think I may try to go organic....I will keep you posted and let you know how that goes!

Hang in there. I totally hit a nasty plateau while trying to lose my baby weight, but the loss eventually kicked in again.
